- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid Park County!! Why prolong the case when Deputy DA Sullivan confessed the case was so weak and that he started plead bargains at the first court date. Is his job to seek justice? Two days before the trail date Deputy DA Sullivan dropped this case saying that he did not have the witnesses to win a court trail. He started offering deals my first trip to Fairplay stating to my attorney and myself that the complainant changed her story from the time she called the Sherriff's Dept. AM and then after she talked to a victims advocate 10AM. The records show that the Sheriff's Deputies had nothing in their report about harassment. Why did he proceed to get a conviction? Question. If Deputy DA Sullivan knew he did not have a case why did he drag out the case out 7 months then dismiss it until 2 days before trail? This ordeal cost me over $7000, Booking and 5 days in jail, and 2 weeks of work. I had to tell my employer and my family. Sullivan kept making better offerings. It was presented to me like a "Business Deal", cheaper to plead guilty. What's that all about? The laws should be to protect me too. Does anyone in your department review these cases with him? I guess prosecutors has poor results with harassment cases in Park county.By A Google User, December 30, 2016
